3. How the Service Works

When you use BJS Finances, you voluntarily provide information about what you are looking for—such as requested amount, general preferences, and eligibility-related details. We use that information to search our network of participating providers and present options that may fit the criteria you submitted and the requirements published by those providers.

Searching and comparing options through BJS Finances does not obligate you to accept any offer. You decide whether to continue with a provider. If you do, you may be redirected to that provider's own website or application, where additional information may be requested and where the provider makes its own lending or credit decision.

4. No Guarantee of Approval, Rates, or Funding

BJS Finances does not guarantee that you will qualify for any product, receive a specific rate or term, be approved, or receive funding. The presence of a provider or product type in the App or on the Site does not mean you will be eligible for it. Approval, pricing, funding timing, and all loan or credit terms are determined exclusively by the third-party provider after its own review.

Ranges shown on our Site or App describe what may be available through participating providers in general. Your actual offer may differ materially based on your profile, the provider's policies, state law, and other factors.

5. Representative Loan Ranges and Example

Through BJS Finances' provider network, loan amounts may range from $50 to $5,000, with terms from 70 days to 36 months and annual percentage rates (APRs) from 6% to 35.55%. These figures reflect the broad range that may appear across providers—not a promise of what you will be offered.

For illustration only: a $1,000 loan repaid over 12 months at a 24% APR would result in total repayment of approximately $1,135, including principal and interest. This example is hypothetical. It is not an actual offer, does not include all possible fees a provider may charge, and your real amount, rate, term, fees, and total repayment cost will be set by the provider you select and may be higher or lower.

6. How We Are Compensated

Using BJS Finances to search and compare options is free for consumers. BJS Finances may receive compensation from participating providers when users click an offer, submit an application, complete a registration, or activate or fund a product, depending on commercial arrangements in place with that partner.

Compensation does not increase the amounts charged to you directly by a provider, does not constitute an endorsement of any provider or product, and does not guarantee that a provider will appear, rank in a particular position, or approve your request.
